MINNEAPOLIS–ST. PAUL, MN — The members of Society of American Magicians Assembly 12 proudly announce the election of BRAD “MagicBrad” GUDIM as the organization’s newest President, continuing a long-standing tradition of promoting the art of magic and illusion throughout the Twin Cities region.

Assembly 12, originally chartered in 1923 by legendary escape artist Harry Houdini, has served as one of the premier magical organizations in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area for more than a century. The assembly brings together professional magicians, hobbyists, entertainers, and magic enthusiasts who share a passion for preserving and advancing the art of magic.

As President, MagicBrad will help guide the organization’s mission of education, mentorship, fellowship, and live magical entertainment while encouraging new generations of performers to discover the wonder of magic.

Known throughout the Twin Cities as a magician, entertainer, event host, and networking personality, BRAD “MagicBrad” GUDIM has spent years connecting people through live events, performance art, business networking, and community engagement. His background in entertainment and event production makes him uniquely positioned to lead the historic organization into its next chapter.

I look forward to helping grow the magic community here in the Twin Cities while honoring the incredible legacy established by Harry Houdini and the generations of magicians who came before us.”

The Society of American Magicians is the oldest magical organization in the world, founded in 1902 in New York City. Over the years, the organization has included many of the world’s most recognized magicians among its membership and leadership.

Assembly 12 regularly hosts meetings, lectures, performances, and educational gatherings for magicians and magic enthusiasts throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.
