One of our favorite things to do in the summer months is to jump in the car and take a drive a Lake Minnetonka. It is a beautiful drive and there is a lot to see and do. We take a trip to Excelsior for tacos at Lago Taco, then a trip to Wayzata for ICE CREAM!
