What is Affiliate Marketing?

Don’t get “Affiliate Marketing” confused with those MLM pyramid schemes. And don’t get caught up in those hyped-up get rich quick schemes.

Affiliate Marketing is simply being an “affiliate” (marketer) for a product, service or a company. As a registered affiliate you are given access to your own unique tracking link(s) that you share with prospective customers of that product/service, and when a purchase is made, you (as an affiliate) earn a commission.
