At the time of writing this BLOG POST, I am 55 years young. Although I feel fairly healthy, I have started taking vitamins and supplements on a regular basis. But with so many choices and opinions of what to take and when and how much I get very overwhelmed. So… I thought perhaps it would be good to get the advise from an “Expert on Vitamins” – Dr. Andew Weil.
